A useful default whenever no more specific app needs the display. Clock hands and optional markers sit over the selected ambient underlay so the sign still feels alive without stealing focus.

Participates in the synchronized base-app playlist without losing wall-time accuracy. No third-party content API — wall time comes from normal network time and local timezone settings.
